1、Investment scale
Jiangsu Jiuzhou Shipbuilding Co., Ltd is an private enterprise, specially engaged in design, shipbuilding and sales of the large and medium ships. We are established on July.2007, with total investment of RMB98000 million yuan. And it covers33000 square meters in area, about 453 meters of Waterfront of Yangtze River.

2、Location
We are located at NO.26 Binjiang Mid-road, Yizheng Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu Province.
Yizheng is located in the centre of Jiangsu Province, with convenient transportation, also Yizheng is a transportation hub city in Yangtze river delta area. It is the only joint city between Nanjing、Yangzhou and Zhenjiang. It is 20km away from Yangzhou in East, and 40km away from Nanjing in West. It’s connected with Yanjiang expressway、Ningtong expressway and Ningqi railway in north. Land communications is very convenient; and it’s only 1 hour drive to Nanjing Lukou international airport. |

3、district advantage
●Yizheng is one of hundred strong counties in China, and also is one of 14 development zones in Jiangsu province. It is situated at Yangtze river delta area with the most developed economy and complete set of equipments. It’s in economic radiation zone of Shanghai and Nanjing. Now Yizheng has been brought into “Yangtze river economic belt” which is centering on Shanghai、Nanjing “Metropolitan Area” and Yangzhou strategic development arrangement of “One Body Two Wings”.
●Shipping industrial park in Yizheng economic development zone covers 11 square kilometers in area, homed 28 large and medium sized shipbuilding companies at present. According to the plan, Annual shipbuilding capacity here will be up to 3,000,000 DWT in 2015. it will develop into an important shipbuilding base in China. |
4、industry advantage
Yizheng is located at the south bank of “golden waterway” of Yangtze river. It’s advantaged shipbuilding base.
●Yizheng has 27.6km shorelines of Yangtze river，14km main channel coastline. It has an average water depth of 12m，14km deepwater coastline which is more than 10 m in depth; 2.6km mid-deepwater coastline which is between -5m and -10m in depth; 11km shallow water coastline which is less than -5m in depth. The highest tidewater level in past years is 7.26m，the lowest level 0.01m.（application base level: Yellow sea base level）。
●superior in geology and water depth , and changes of base level of coastline is relatively small.

6、shipbuilding capacity
we could build various types of ships no more than 50,000DWT, such as chemical ships, bulk carriers, ore carriers, container vessels, multi-purpose cargo vessels and so on, in accordance with rules and regulations of classification societies , such as CCS, LR, BV, GL, ABS and so on. Annual production capacity is up to 300,000 DWT and more, Annual production value is more than 1.5 billion RMB Yuan.

7、manufacture conditio
●complete manufacturing equipments and product lines。We have 6 slipways（see table 2），6 fabrication shop（see table 3）、1 block fabrication area and1 outfitting quay of 50,000T.
●complete set of equipments, with huge potential of shipbuilding capacity: main equipments are including, 36pcs travelling cranes（see table4）、3 set NC cutting machines（see table 5）、and three core roller、oil hydraulic press、cold frame bender、shearing machine、beveling machine、high-speed tube bending machine、edge miller、trailer、truck crane、forklift, and so on（see table 5）。

8、Technical HR:We posses a skilled technical management team, which comprise 24 senior engineers, 30 general technical and management personnel, and also complete technical workers in hull, machinery, electrical, outfit, welding, safety department.
Senior engineers have much experience in shipbuilding. They ever had worked at Wuhan green hill shipyard .Tsinghua tong fang Jiangxi shipbuilding co., ltd and Dalian Shipbuilding Company. What’s more, they could build many kinds of ships, such as bulk carrier. Container ship .chemical carrier and multi-purpose vessel.
